Support & FAQs

This page is designed to answer common questions you may have about working with us, from initial contact to project completion and beyond. We aim to make the app development process as clear and straightforward as possible.

How Do You Handle Client Communication?

We prioritize clear and consistent communication. You'll be assigned a dedicated project manager who will be your primary point of contact. We use tools like Slack, Trello, and regular video calls to keep you updated on progress, discuss feedback, and address any questions you have. We schedule regular check-ins, but you can reach out to your project manager anytime.

What Does Your App Development Process Look Like?

Our streamlined app development process begins with 'Discovery & Strategy' to understand your vision and goals. Next, we enter 'Design & Prototyping' to create the app's look and feel. The 'Development phase' follows, where we build the app in short, 'agile sprints'. After that, we perform rigorous 'Testing & Quality Assurance'. We then handle 'Deployment & Launch' to get your app live, and finally, offer 'Post-Launch Support' to keep it running smoothly.

How Does the Billing Process Work?

Billing is typically milestone-based. We'll agree on a payment schedule linked to key project milestones (e.g., after the design phase is approved, after beta testing begins, upon final launch). An initial deposit is required to start the project, with subsequent payments made as we complete each stage.

Can I See the Project's Progress in Real-Time?

Yes. We have our own project management tools 'SoftTrack' (specially made for our client's) to track their all tasks and progress. You will have access to a shared dashboard where you can see what the team is working on, monitor progress, and view upcoming milestones.

Who Owns the Source Code After Completion?

You do. Upon final payment, we transfer full ownership of the source code and all intellectual property rights to you. We'll provide you with all necessary files and documentation.

What Happens if I Need Changes to the Project Scope?

We understand that requirements can evolve. If you need to make changes to the original scope, we'll discuss the proposed changes, evaluate their impact on the timeline and budget, and provide a revised proposal for your approval before proceeding.

What Kind of Post-Launch Support Do You Offer?

We offer various support plans, including bug fixes, performance monitoring, and updates to ensure your app is compatible with new operating systems. You can choose a plan that best fits your needs, from a basic support package to a more comprehensive maintenance agreement.

Do You Help with App Store Submission?

Yes. We handle the entire app store submission process for both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We'll prepare the necessary assets, write the app descriptions, and manage the submission to ensure your app is approved and goes live without a hitch.

How Do You Ensure the Security of My App?

Security is a top priority. We follow industry best practices, including secure coding standards, data encryption, and regular security audits. We also advise on server security and user authentication to protect your application and user data.

What Information Do You Need to Get Started?

To start, we need to understand your app idea, target audience, and business goals. Any existing wireframes, branding guidelines, or competitive analysis you have will be helpful, but they're not required. We'll guide you through the initial discovery phase to gather all the necessary information.

How Long Does It Take to Build an App?

The timeline varies depending on the complexity of the app, the features required, and the platforms you're targeting (iOS, Android, or both). A simple app may take a few months, while a more complex one with multiple integrations could take longer. We'll provide a detailed project timeline after the initial discovery phase.

Do You Offer a Warranty on Your Work?

Yes. We provide a warranty period for a specific duration after launch. During this time, we will fix any bugs or issues that arise free of charge, as long as they are not the result of a change in project scope or third-party modifications.
